Our office does NOT currently accept any insurance. Accepting insurance takes a lot of additional time and energy to process, many copays/plans are not affordable for patients and reimbursement rates for the doctor are extremely low. Many insurance companies are requiring prior authorization for a very limited number of visits and they are also limiting coverage for chiropractic care to certain ages and conditions. Insurance only allows us to file claims for ‘acute’ episodes of musculoskeletal care. This means that supportive or maintenance care is not covered and non musculoskeletal conditions such as ear infections, breastfeeding difficulties, or constipation are also not covered. These restrictions make it extremely difficult for Dr. Katie to treat patients and help patients see lasting results. Beaman Family Chiropractic is not a quick fix/patch you up kind of clinic. We strive to look at the whole person and focus on wellness care. Therefore, we are a cash based practice only. We offer affordable rates including packages where you can purchase multiple visits for a discount. We will provide a superbill upon request for patients to try and submit for possible reinbursement from insurance on their own. Please give our office a call for prices.
